NiteBond Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Please contact our customer service team to ensure you send the return package to the correct address. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
Health & Hygiene Restrictions
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on panties, teddies, hosiery, bodystockings, pasties, and wigs. All sales for these items are final.
Halloween-themed Items
Please note that Halloween-themed items are non-refundable unless they have quality issues.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day return window.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the consumer’s decision, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping fee is determined by the carrier you choose.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Reach out to your bank; there may be some processing time before the refund appears.
